Beauty and the Beast
In the beginning of Beauty and the Beast movie, Beast has a lot of hatred for everyone. The very beginning starts when an old widow comes to his front door with a rose in exchange for money; and when he tells her to go away she sheds her disguise and shows him that she is really an angel. She turns him into a beast either until the rose she came with loses its petals. If Beast finds true love before the last petal falls off the rose, then he will return to his human form. Beast captures Belle, the young girl, and her father. He puts her father in a cellar and locks her in a bedroom. There is really no reason for him to hate them so much, but he's so angry inside that he doesn't care what anyone thinks of his personality. He keeps them both for a fairly long time, until he makes up a cruel bribe for Belle. This is where the love begins to come. Beast's bribe to Belle was that if she stayed, he would release her father so that he could go home rather than staying in the dirty cellar. Belle, being the loving person she is, agreed to stay with the Beast. Belle loved her father very much and she couldn't withstand letting him die in a place like that. After Belle's father left, Beast read off a whole list of rules for Belle to follow. She couldn't even walk around the castle certain times of the night. He wanted to have a short leash on her. By this time your research paper should demonstrate that the Beast is trying to keep her around because he thinks that she'll be able to find the good in him.
Beast absolutely hated Christmas, and Belle was willing to do anything to make him happier, so for Christmas she got everyone to help decorate the palace. Before the beast became Beast, Christmas was his favorite holiday. He was a very spoiled man. He got whatever he wanted and when he didn't it wasn't good enough. Belle was to go outside and get the Christmas tree. When she realized that there were know good trees around the palace grounds she headed out to the Black Forest. One of the so many places she was told not to go. There, she found a beautiful tree, but when she went to pull it over the lake, the ice cracked and she fell through. In a matter of seconds the beast was in the water rescuing her. Worth mentioning in a custom essay that this showed the start of Beast's love. Belle was very thankful that he saved her and she started falling in love with Beast. She did everything she could to please him, and soon he did too. One day turned to two and so on, fairly quickly and eventually the beast set Belle free. He told her to leave right away. The reason he let her go so quickly was because he loved her. Belle came back just in time to save Beast. He had just been stabbed and was on the verge of death when she told him she loved him. Within seconds, Beast was a very handsome breathing man; and they lived happily ever after.
